In June of 2023 I made the decision to not complete the second year at Östra Grevie Folkhögskola's Fine Art's Programme. I have nothing but respect for the school and I'm eternally grateful for the wonderful teachers, lovely friends and important experience but after a lot of reflecting I've realised that art school wasn't for me, at least not right now.
I made a youtube video explaining my reasons further but I will warn you that I sounded a bit harsh and aggressive compared to how I feel about it now.
Taking the leap of faith and pursuing my art career completely independently has been the best decision of my life. Working from home and self employed has really given me the flexibility and time to pursue the projects I'm truly passionate about and also reach people directly through social media and instagram. Thankyou so much to all of you who has made my entire lifestyle posssible, it truly means the world.
